SteadyCounsel collects only the data necessary to provide our service:
We do NOT collect: Social Security numbers, financial account details, or data from children under 13.
We do not train our own AI models on your personal data. Your case information is used solely to serve you. We use third-party AI providers to operate the app (see Section 5) and are configuring each to prevent training on, and to minimize retention of, your data. Until that configuration is confirmed for every provider, we cannot guarantee it for all of them.

Available originals can be downloaded individually from The Record. You may request a fuller copy of your data, or its deletion, by contacting us; these requests are handled manually. When you ask us to delete your data, we remove it from our systems; note that third-party providers may retain data for a period under their own policies before it is purged.
We use the following providers to operate SteadyCounsel. Their data-handling terms vary, and we are reviewing and configuring each to minimize retention and prevent training on your data:
Do not assume any provider deletes your data immediately; some retain data for a period under their own policies. A detailed subprocessor list will be published as these settings are finalized.
You may ask us to:
To exercise any of these, contact us. Some requests are handled manually while self-service tools are being built.
